"I recently had the pleasure of working with Miguel on several home improvement projects, and I cannot speak highly enough of his skills, professionalism, and dedication. Miguel undertook a range of tasks, including plumbing under the house, replacing the water heater, fencing, a bathroom remodel, and various bathroom repairs. From the outset, Miguel demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise in plumbing. The work under the house and the water heater replacement were executed flawlessly, with great attention to detail and a focus on quality. Miguel provided us with peace of mind and a reliable plumbing system. The fencing project was another testament to Miguel's versatility and craftsmanship. He meticulously planned and constructed a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing fence that not only enhances the security of our property but also adds to its overall curb appeal. Miguel’s eye for detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the project. Additionally, Miguel took care of various bathroom repairs with the same level of expertise and dedication. No job was too small for him, and he ensured that every detail was addressed, leaving us with a bathroom that is in excellent working order. Hello! I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about our local remodeling business.\n\nWe specialize in home remodeling and renovations, helping homeowners turn outdated or unfinished spaces into places they’re proud to call home. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, flooring, painting, or a larger home renovation, we focus on doing quality work, communicating clearly, and treating every home like it’s our own. We’re a local business, and word of mouth from our neighbors means a lot to us. If you or someone you know is thinking about remodeling, feel free to reach out or simply say hello. We'd be happy to answer questions or share some of our recent projects. @N.D.T. Construction LLC

Hi, I’m Corey a construction professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades, serving the Carmel and Monterey Peninsula area.\n\nWhether you need a full renovation managed start to finish, a concrete patio poured, a fence built, or just a honey-do list knocked out, I show up, I do the work right, and I treat your home with the same care I’d give my own.\n\nMy background spans general contracting, concrete and flatwork, carpentry, framing, finish work, decks, and outdoor living — but honestly, no job is too small. I’m just as happy hanging pictures or fixing a door as I am running a larger project.\n\nI’m local, reliable, and genuinely love what I do. If you’ve got something that needs to get done, let’s talk.
