"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

The door was sticking at the top on the latch side requiring a lot of force to open and close. Abraham removed the door and shaved down the hinge side at the top and middle to even out the door so that it smoothy opened and closed on the latch side. He took the initiative to touch up the work area with white paint for a clean finish before I had to ask. Abraham also installed a new lock on another door, which required him to shave out the latch frame to be flush. Would highly recommend."
