"I wrote another review rating Window World with a C. This was because the salesman and people in showroom who promised to get back to me, did not. Took about 8 wks for delivery and first delivery did not go well. Thankfully we said do not destroy old door before we examine new one. The door had two different side lites! We had to send it back to factory and wait a couple of weeks for another one. Kimberly Taylor who I finally asked to deal with exclusively was great. She got us money off our bill for all our frustration and was professional, returned calls and very responsive. The second door looked good except it had a small dent in the base plate. We accepted it anyway with a few dollars off again because we really did not want to wait till spring (It was Dec..&I live in snowy area) so we will live with it. I would probably use them again because of their pricing and quality when right door is sent but I would only deal with Kimberly throughout process. I wish I could give it a B- because Kimberly was so helpful - but can only rate without + or -."

He did an exceptional job including tweaks to or replacement of our kitchen cupboards hinges, replacement of curtain rods with accompanying installation of blinds, and new door hardware and lock. No threshholds, smooth perfect and tight seams from room to room and door to door. I love a crew that doesn't have to hide their transitions under a threshhold. Work ethic--- amazing, here on time, every time, every day. Added on recessed ceiling lighting in 2 rooms and ceiling lights in all rooms. Brutal attic work on over 100 degree day. Seamless experience in every way. They clean up the site at the end of every work day. They haul away whatever needs hauled away. They are friendly, talented, welcome input and do what needs to be done to exceed all expectations. (there were none!). I have more jobs scheduled: decking (including relocating propane tanks), house addition, complete renovation of two bathrooms., fencing. My go to crew for everything."
