"Daniel came out and replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door which mice had chewed through. Our door was 20+ years old so I expected the track that the seal went into to be outdated and it was, I couldn't even find it on Youtube, so a new track was required for the new seal to fit into. Parts and labor for this 8' metal track was only $50 in addition to the quote for the actual seal. I priced this out beforehand with competitors and I must say the pricing for everything with 1A was the lowest and very fair. I will definitely call 1A when needed again. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !!
