"At our first meeting (after interviewing 3 others) Greg laid out the plan for the deck replacement and after 15 minutes I knew he was a competent, detail oriented contractor. During this project he broke down the staggered payments and communicated every day of the project through texts and showing up in person. Greg took charge in overseeing everything like a platoon leader in the field by maintaining the flow of construction resulting in a smooth, exceptional conclusion. Part of the old deck was problematic. He examined every inch where there were issues and was able to overcome some difficulty and see what I couldn't. He suggested a landing on the stairway, widening and decreasing the pitch which accommodated an easier climb for us. Those are just the highlights, there was much more. My thanks to Innovative Construction for a lovely new deck."

"Rock River Construction just completed a major home repair for me and I'm extremely happy with the results. I had a large tree fall on my house that caused significant damage to my home's roof and inside of the master bedroom. This job included demolition of the damaged areas, framing, roofing, drywall, insulation and finish work. The owner, Zak, and his small crew took care of everything to get the job done quickly and done right. I had several estimates done for this job and RRC was by far the most personable and professional of the construction companies that I dealt with. Zak provided great communication from the original estimate straight through the completion of the project. They were efficient, highly skilled, and hard working. They always maintained a clean work area and they produced top notch results. My family is extremely happy to have a solid roof over our heads and our master bedroom back in commission!
