"We thought the 4 exterior doors needed weather stripping replaced. There was a gap at each door bottom right corner where our cold air came in and our heat was escaping. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend Mr. Ludwig."

"The door that I purchased was a little bit smaller than the old door and I was concerned it wouldnâ t fit but Manny made the necessary adjustments to make it work. Thanks Manny, the only thing that has me concerned is the storm door lock, he had to add pieces to get it to lock, eventually that piece or the storm door will have to be replaced, as Manny and I discussed before he left. Overall, itâ s completed and I no longer have to worry about it."

"Kris takes pride in all her work. She has replaced a part in my toilet tank, installed new shower head with wand, installed hardware for curtains and has done a great job hanging curtains. On several occasions she has replaced multiple light bulbs and washed outside porch light fixture. Kris has been a detailed housekeeper for me. I have more handy man jobs for kris in the future. I highly recommend Kris for a handy man work!"

"I was so very !!!!!!! impressed with Ledger Services. James fixed two doors correctly that I have had others try to fix and were not successful . He repaired caulking in bathroom. Replaced windows in doors. Caulked between floor and brick in living room. James also hung picture over fireplace. He even was able to fix my dining room table. James is very honest and just by meeting him I could tell what a great person he is. I now have someone to trust when I need help in the future."
