He was very professional and kept in contact with us on when the permit would be ready, when the materials would be delivered, and he would be over to work on the deck. He was able to finish our deck in two weekends. He did a great job and our deck is beautiful. We will be having him work on future projects for us."

We purchased, he picked it up for us and delivered. Also volunteered to return an extra piece since I had ordered too much. 3 new doors - stained and installed. We love it. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
