Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend Mr. Ludwig."

"Luis helped me install a new back door on my house. My main requirement was that the security sensor on the door be preserved so that they work after the door replacement. I talked to other installers but they were not willing to commit to doing that. Luis was able to fulfill this requirement. He and his crew showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. He also picked up the door from Lowes for me which saved me some time. I was overall happy with the quality of the work. I was able to get an estimate for the work just by talking to him on the phone and texting him pictures. Luis responded promptly and was courteous.
