The rehab is being completed on a small commercial building in Keota, IA, that was originally built in 1897. They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure.
