"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! "April 2021. We used this company to install a new back sliding door. They came on time. The whole process went smoothly. They took out the old door and installed the new door with great efficiency. They asked me questions as they went along with the process. The worker was so neat. Cleaning up as he went along. The price compared to other companies was excellent. "I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up.
