He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up.
