"The owner provided the windows we specified at a reasonable cost. He knows windows but left the installation and trim planning to his crew leader. There was a mix up on the estimate and it did not include a finished trim per our written scope of work resulting in some additional cost. The project required removing existing framing, installing new framing, windows, sliding door, finish trim, tile floor and adding an electrical box. The installation crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the work site each day."
