Joe sat with us for over an hour showing us just about everything he offered, and was very patient! Since my wife and I were getting married the following month, we asked if we could have some time to decided. Joe never once pressured us, but did provided the payment options he has available. 4 months later we followed up with him (changing our entire order as well). Joe was quick to reply through email, phone and text which made the process that much easier. 4 weeks after we placed the order the door arrived and the installer came Saturday morning and had everything finished up that afternoon.
