Diana showed me around the showroom and discussed general pricing and styles that were popular. She gave me some catalogues to review and in a few days, I called Diana back to tell her what my choice would be and asked for a quote. She sent me a preliminary quote and scheduled a visit from Mike who would discuss the choice of door and hardware in more detail. Mike visited two days later and took measurements, discussed the door and hardware and other matters such as delivery time.
