Replacing the light fixtures by our front door was a little tricky re: the cedar siding, but he effortlessly adapted the installation to the situation. Perfect! The old wooden post mailbox was rotted and barely standing...he took it all away, dug a deep new hole and installed the steel post, using quick setting concrete, and fitted the new mailbox. He even scalped some sod to leave on top... When John was finished, you would have thought the mailbox had always been there. I plan on calling on Mr. Handyman, and John, in the future."

He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting.
