We were interested in obtaining a company to clean our floor vents and one wall vent since we've NEVER had them cleaned since we moved to the Talmadge area 25 years ago.  My intention was to contact at least 2 companies for quotes.  After checking Angie's list for Coit and ASI which had  'B' ratings, I decided I wanted a company with an 'A' rating. What attracted me to G&G was . . . 1) They had an 'A' rating . . 2) They had a special for $199.00 . . . and the 'comments' on services rendered were VERY favorable.  My intention was to ask about the process and then contact another company to compare information.  However, I was so impressed with the gentlemen answering my questions on the phone, I decided to schedule the vent cleaning with G&G.  Scheduled services was set up for 10/7 BUT (to my good fortune) the gentleman called me back within 20 minutes to say that he had a cancellation and if I wanted to have the service performed today, it was now available.  I agreed.  Gabriel and his assistant arrived at my door 45 minutes later.  They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as they went along.  I opted to have 'sanitation of the vents' done as well which was another $150.  I don't think I mentioned that at the time I called for the service, the special for vent cleaning had expired 2 days ago.  However, G&G honored the 'special rate' of $199.00.  Wow.

I was thoroughly pleased with the services I received and I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone else that would listen.

"Has not installed door and security storm door - on order. But Lee’s attention to detail and professionalism are a welcome change. He checked all my boxes when providing ideas and solutions to my very non-standard back door replacement. Even getting my door to come with compatible locks so my existing keys will work. Cannot wait for door to be installed."

"Halim Halaby and his team were fantastic! I had two of my old doors replaced. One was a kitchen side door that had a rotted wooden door stoop and decayed stucco underneath the door frame. His crew replaced all of this as part of replacing the door itself. In addition, he was able to remove a hideaway flex screen that was attached to the previous door frame and install it onto the new door frame. Both new doors are beautiful and work perfectly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their doors replaced. His crew went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service."

"We did while home window replacewmewnmt and 3 slider doors. Impeccable workmanship, installation, All the crews were professional and did an excellent and clean job, Exceeded all our expectations"

"did a terrific job on making exterior doors more waterproof and explained how water enters with high winds.even readjusted shutter panel on one door so door handle wouldn't catch. And $20 BELOW estimate. Cleaned up afterwards. will keep him in my go-to file for doors and finish carpentry!"

"Excellent work on a sliding glass door and screen replacement. The door which had not been installed well by another company actually slides better than when it was brand new."

"Jeff did an excellent job. He was very professional; communicated well and matched the stain perfectly with our house. In addition, he upgraded to a fireproof door to meet building codes since this door is between the garage and family room. I highly recommend Jeff for any type of repair."

"Yes. He was on time and fixed our door efficiently and correctly"

"Dave showed up on time. He masked off the appropriate areas and cleaned up when the job was complete. The door looks brand new even though Dave said it might only stay that way a few years. A very diligent worker with a good sense of humor. I have more “stuff” for him to do."
