In my case there were some tricky issues that arose. He was re-installing a bathroom door that was half an inch too short and he adjusted the trim to save me the cost of a new door. At one time that same door was a failed pocket door, and the wall itself was loose and unstable. He opened a small hole in the dry wall to re-secure the wall and then re-patched it and now it's perfect. He explains everything in clear language and I was confident in his experience and diagnosis. He wants everything to be done perfectly, with no short-cuts, which is what I want. A lot of work the previous owners had done was cheap and fast, and whatever repairs I do (we are almost finished with a renovation) I want to do right. Brett is the man, he's a true craftsman. On top of that he's VERY nice guy to deal with, extremely honest, and I felt fortunate to have found such a knowledgable and professional person. I fully recommend him!"
