"David arrived early (after calling first) and got right to work on the fan/lighting unit, which works and looks great. He advised me thoroughly on pros and cons of going forward with drywall repair before roof patch was 'tested' by rain, but I decided to go ahead. He ran out for some drywall which cost me hardly anything. All efficiently and without chit-chat, which I highly value as I work at home. I was so surprised at all he got done in four hours.
