"Was able to come out someday and fix my door. Very satisfy with the prompt and courteous service."

"Very good workmanship and an awesome job."

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"Sergey and his team did a fantastic job. He repaired a giant leak in the ceiling, installed in the wall air conditioner and built closet and installed doors. He gave an estimate for the job and kept the budget even adding some additional touches. Best experience Iâ ve ever had with contractor. Cleaned up just exceptional."

"Ashraf was professional and cared about the work he was doing. He would not leave until my screen door was in "just right" after repairing it. He took pride in his work and that is hard to find these days! I would definitely hire him again."

"Very professional, courteous and on time. Did a great job replacing /installing interior doors and bathroom vanity with the plumbing. Neat and clean job. Very satisfied."

"Professional. Professional. Professional. Good clean work on my doors."

"The new microwave had different door style and could not open well; but modifications were made to the surrounding cabinets (Tony called to clear this with us) and it works well. Tony was meticulous and conscientious. I would most certainly recommend him, and ask him to do future work as well."

"Update on 6/4/20: We faced some challenges in our doors and I contacted Sergio about it. He acted immediately and visited us to look at the problems. I showed him the challenge in a couple of more doors (old house). He further advised me in buying the exact part in a home depot over the phone. The visit was planned today. Sergio and Leo are very knowledgeable and they completed the entire job quickly. I was very impressed by their timing, professionalism, and out of the box help. I am truly amazed and a very happy client of Picasso Constructions now. I think that I will certainly hire them for more jobs in the future and wish them all the best for their endeavors. Sergio and Leo, you guys are the best. Thank you for your help. I highly recommend Picasso Constructions. First Review: Leo is very detailed and Knowledgeable. He guided thoroughly and provided the required information while installing the entry door. Ernesto was quick in performing the job. I had little trouble in obtaining their schedule to perform the job, hence the rating about customer service. The value for money and quality of work was amazing. It would be great to have a thorough cleaning of nails and wood dust aftermath. I would like to Thank you to Sergio, Kate, Leo, and Ernesto for the service that they provided to complete this job."

"We have hired Cesar and his team for several jobs now, and wouldn't consider anyone else. From first contact to the completed project, we were impressed. After having some bad experiences with contractors it was such a relief to find a team of professionals. Not only do they complete the project, but they went above and beyond. For instance, while shoring up our main staircase, Cesar fixed a door that never closed right, now almost a year later it still closes! The projects we hired him for were to replace loose tiles in our tub/shower and fix the faucets as well. Just yesterday they finished removing tile and carpet from our kitchen, hallway and bathroom. They also installed a combination of vinyl plank flooring, tile and a bathroom vanity. The job took only 2 days. Overall Cesar and his team worked quickly and efficiently, in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this operation."
