We were interested in obtaining a company to clean our floor vents and one wall vent since we've NEVER had them cleaned since we moved to the Talmadge area 25 years ago.  My intention was to contact at least 2 companies for quotes.  After checking Angie's list for Coit and ASI which had  'B' ratings, I decided I wanted a company with an 'A' rating. What attracted me to G&G was . . . 1) They had an 'A' rating . . 2) They had a special for $199.00 . . . and the 'comments' on services rendered were VERY favorable.  My intention was to ask about the process and then contact another company to compare information.  However, I was so impressed with the gentlemen answering my questions on the phone, I decided to schedule the vent cleaning with G&G.  Scheduled services was set up for 10/7 BUT (to my good fortune) the gentleman called me back within 20 minutes to say that he had a cancellation and if I wanted to have the service performed today, it was now available.  I agreed.  Gabriel and his assistant arrived at my door 45 minutes later.  They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as they went along.  I opted to have 'sanitation of the vents' done as well which was another $150.  I don't think I mentioned that at the time I called for the service, the special for vent cleaning had expired 2 days ago.  However, G&G honored the 'special rate' of $199.00.  Wow.

I was thoroughly pleased with the services I received and I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone else that would listen.

"We have an old house with doors that do not work properly but. We did not want to replace the entire front door, but needed it to open and close, latch and lock. Trevor and his partner were professional and respectful and put some work in to getting the door functioning. We hope to be able to replace the doors at some point in the future. and Infinity Locks and Doors will be our preferred contractor."

"Has not installed door and security storm door - on order. But Lee’s attention to detail and professionalism are a welcome change. He checked all my boxes when providing ideas and solutions to my very non-standard back door replacement. Even getting my door to come with compatible locks so my existing keys will work. Cannot wait for door to be installed."

"Halim Halaby and his team were fantastic! I had two of my old doors replaced. One was a kitchen side door that had a rotted wooden door stoop and decayed stucco underneath the door frame. His crew replaced all of this as part of replacing the door itself. In addition, he was able to remove a hideaway flex screen that was attached to the previous door frame and install it onto the new door frame. Both new doors are beautiful and work perfectly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their doors replaced. His crew went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service."

"Steven, Jonathan and Sean are great, did their thing and changed out four windows and sliding door. Clean job before and after very pleased with workmanship."

"Professionally performed the replacement of our old wide sliding glass door onto the patio with a new much higher quality wide sliding glass door system. Absolutely gorgeous and so much more sturdy than our previous system that had fallen apart. We are very secure knowing this new Andersen sliding glass door will last much much longer than the one originally installed on our house."

"Derek did an excellent job of installing new front door, security door, and a fire door for garage. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick I can’t say enough about the quality of work Dave"

"Morgan called in advance of appointment to inform us that he was on his way. He removed the sliding glass door and screen and replaced, lubed and adjusted the door hardware for proper closure. Door work fantastic (like new) again. Great service for the cost and would highly recommend him for any door, window and doggy door installation or repair."

"Jeff came out and did an assessment prior to replacing the front door. I explained to him our concerns about water intrusion around the door and he was able to address those when he installed the new door. I was happy that he gave me a written estimate with the painting both included and excluded (I’m doing the painting)."

"Dave is very responsive and and very knowledgeable. He fixed my closet door and I have hired him to do a lot more work for me. I know he is good because he definitely keeps busy with multiple repair jobs. If you want something done go to the busy person. They find way to make it happen."
