He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again.
