"The other company installed my door when my house was built in the spring of 2016 and it has been a nightmare since day 1. I had the other company come out 6-7 times and i was told its just the brand of door and it was normal but I knew it was not normal to make that much noise. I called Thunder Mountain they came out the next day, the door guy was so polite and they adjusted the rails, springs and lubed the door and now its so quiet and smooth. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Doug came in to our home and we addressed the problem we were having with our sliding door, and within minutes he addressed what was wrong and told us what he could do to repair it. He was very honest, took the door apart and cleaned it up and it works like new! We were thinking of replacing it, but he advised against it. You don't meet to0 many handymen like that anymore. We could've easily spent over $1000.00 dollars on a new door plus labor. We highly recommend him for any other project. As a matter of fact he's doing some other projects for us in the future!
