"We could not be happier with the job that Andy and Jesse did with the window replacements. The quality of the product and the professional manner of installation was suburb, the project was done in very timely fashion, there was minimal disruption, and the clean-up was complete. We are very happy we selected Comfort Windows, and we would certainly recommend then to others"

"We have used Aaron before, to work on out deck. This time, it was to repair some doors. While not the least expensive, Aaron is personable, friendly and easy-to-work -with. He is reliable and keeps customers well informed, commodities that seem lacking in many that we have "worked" with. We would highly reccommend him."

"Carl was great! It was easy to schedule the repair, he was on time, very nice, identified and fixed the issue quickly. Price was reasonable and I would definitely use this company again. Thanks Carl!!"

"I am THRILLED with my 19-window purchase from Pace Window and Door! Not only are the windows beautiful and so easy to use, but the outside surround looks like I have a new house! From Glen, the sales rep to the skilled and immaculate installers Dan & James, I am very happy with the entire purchase & process. I highly recommend Pace Window & Door and their lifetime warranty that can even be passed on to any future owners of this property! I heard that there are 3000 window companies in the US and only 10 manufacturers. How lucky that Pace is one of those skilled manufacturers in Rochester. Thank you Pace Window and Door—great job! 🥰 The project option above did not list windows, and I couldn't post this review without clicking that box that says doors."

"Carlos was great in his approach to really care about my log home window sills to rebuilding them from some dry rot. He discussed with me in detail how he was not only what the fix process was but really cared about how the look across the entire log home would match and look like. The finished job was very great and looks very good, Thankyou Carlos, highly recommended."

"They were not able to fill our door space, and wanted us to make too many compromises"

"I purchased an exterior door and planned on installing myself. Realizing that was not as easy as I thought, I looked for a professional. I found Brett and my worries went away. The process was easy and I couldn't be happier. The work was professional and thorough. He did everything start to finish. I am so impressed with his skill set. His knowledge and skills will make any project you have stress free!"

"Great customer service, and the electrician was very knowledgable and professional."

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"I hired American Exteriors to side my garage and update the flashing and trim on the front of my house to freshen it up. Steve and his crew were very professional, thurough and fast. I have had some very bad experiences with some contractors and was very impressed with the quality of work. I had some unique issues with the update to my house and Steve and his crew always had a solution. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs exterior work done on their homes."
