"Unfortunately, no one showed up during the appointed 2-hour period. When I called I was told there had been a mix-up and someone would arrive the following day, which actually happened right at the beginning of the 2-hour period the next day. It was suggested that all 3 of my patio doors could use a re-screening, which I was aware they needed. Within 20 minutes, all 3 doors had been re-screened and were back on track, sliding easily and looking great, and I was only charged for the re-screening.
