You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. "This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. Vazquez & Sons treats my projects like professionals and never make me feel like small potatoes. I’m a loyal customer, and plan to be, as long as Vazquez & Son is in business."

"Ferney and his team did an excellent job of taking down old walls, replacing portions of the ceiling and walls, building new walls, and installing electrical outlets and switches. They installed new doors and molding and prepared the new walls for painting, including priming the walls. They took pride in their workmanship and on several occasions worked well into the night, to get the project completed as soon as possible. They provided professional recommendations to ensure that the end result was the best possible. They were professional throughout this project."
