"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

"Brandon was great. He was able to assess the issue via images sent via text messages. Even though the door was a custom job from over four decades, he was able to quickly replace the deadbolt. He informed me after the job was complete that her had to make an adjustment which was totally acceptable to me. If I havea need for another locksmith in the future, I'll be contacting him solely. Thanks again, Brandon."

"We recently had our basement finished by Forge And Timber Build Plus Design Group, and it looks great! Our contact, Eric, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. I appreciated how he made sure we could incorporate all the modifications we wanted. I'm especially happy with the custom closet doors, baseboards, molding, and new laundry room floor. Eric even helped us install new door knobs and hinges, which was a nice bonus."
