"Great very professional and courteous and prompt"

Universal Windows Direct was originally founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve. Universal Windows Direct opened Universal Windows Direct of St. Louis to serve St. Louis customers in 2017.

"No matter what problem you have, Clint is the man for the job! He not only fixed the plumbing issues I discovered during a remodel but was able to fix the electrical issues, flooring problems, install the cabinets, cut and grout backsplash tile, and fix a handful of minor issues that came up along the way. Clint is on time, dependable, courteous and respectful of your property - he even cleans up afterwards! I could not have completed this project without Clint Hatcher and highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done - you will not be disappointed!!"

"They were not able to fill our door space, and wanted us to make too many compromises"

"OnCenter Contracting outperformed anyone else we worked with before. They quickly assessed what needed to be done, delivered the quote the next day, made the adjustments we needed on the work. After the contractual phase, they kept us in the loop while they were getting permissions, ordering of the materials, and quickly planned for the work schedule. While they were building our construction (a Pergola on our porch), they were respectful for our time and privacy needs, they were flexible to make the minor changes on the construction we asked for. They even noticed some issues on the existing porch and fixed those problems at material cost only. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome, and OnCenter Contracting was a very pleasant experience from start to finish."
