"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. "The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!"

"Guy came out took measurments and pictures. Told him exacly what I was looking for but he could not tell me what materials would be used. 2 days later another guy comes out and knew nothing of the first guy and remeasured everything and ordered parts. I re explained what I was looking and he said he got everything ordered. Parts started arriving at me house unexpectedly. a week and a half later after all the parts came in another different guy came out and knew nothing about the job. I explained again to him what I was looking for and he looked at all the parts and said they needed to order more parts. after a few days more parts came in and another guy comes out who knew nothing about the job asked me what needed to be done. I explained again. He looked at everything and saw there were no screens but decided to pick them up instead of ordering them. Owner is the nicest guy on earth and said he would give me a break on the added parts (but it did not reflect on the final bill) took them over a week to get things finally done with the owner telling me when they started putting it up should only take a couple days which may of happened if one guy would of showned up as scheduled instead of in the afternoon and only working a few hours. In the end after a couple requested adjustments I was happy with the results. Door still not set right but I will do that myself."

He cleaned them up and painted them and they look brand new. We would definitely recommend Mark. If we need anything done in the future, Mark is who we would hire again.
