We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. "I hired Ryan to repair and paint my upstairs hallway ceiling. It?s an older home with plaster. I believe the wrong paint was used initially. Ryan scraped the ceiling, fixed the areas that needed it and repainted the ceiling. It looks wonderful!! My stairs and floors are hardwood and he took the time to lay protective paper on all the stairs, railing, banister and floors. He even had the paper come up in front of all the doors so nothing could get in the bedrooms. He got back to me quickly with a quote (very reasonable!), scheduled me and finished the job within the timeframe. I will definitely use Ryan again for my home repair projects!!
