I discovered his plumbing and painting abilities while all that was going on. He did so well with my place that I then had him do a full house renovation on a house my daughter bought near me. He did a fine job on that one, which included not only redoing the whole house interior but also cutting out an exterior wall and installing a sliding glass door to her deck. Plus new replacement new windows throughout the upper floor. It was noticeably cheaper for me to have him replace all the windows that what the major window companies wanted for the same work. Today I had him for a smaller job in my house to take apart and fix a modern type drain that had somehow gotten almost fully plugged.
