"Emilio and the team 614 drywall arrived for the initial pricing quote ready to start work, and was able to complete a lot of work in the short period of time we had available. Hard working group. Would definitely recommend them. They completed significant drywall work (drywall install, remove popcorn ceiling texture , drywall patches, drywall repair, texture ) including ceilings, painting, and miscellaneous work to get the entire house ready to move-in."

"Marco and Caesar come in with experience, good equipment and are hard workers who care about the quality of their work. Marco communicates well and their payment plan was easy to navigate. They do what they say, showed up on time as scheduled, and left the workspace spotless when they were finished. I could ask for no more. We have gone from a rough basement exposed ceiling to having an attractive quality space for our game room. Thanks Marco and Caesar for a job well done!"

I’ve been in the construction industry for well over 10 years I’ve mastered in different trades and as of right now I’ve been building high end pole barns and barndominiums. I’m located around northern Colorado and more south I also travel to Cheyenne Wyoming. \n\nI specialize in structural framing, laminate flooring, tile, drywall, pole barns. \n\nI treat my jobs like if I was building it for me. I pay attention to details on the projects I do.

"J & J were so nice to work with. They responded to my initial request in under 3 minutes. After obtaining 3 different estimates, J & J delivered the most fair price. They scheduled the job for the next day. A team of two worked throughout the day and delivered the outcome I had hoped for. I thought the work they did was worth so much more than the estimate that I increased the final payment by another 50% in appreciation of the job they did!!! I would always consider them first for any future drywall projects."

"Absolutely Awesome team! I have used their services several times. From my personal home to rentals. They fixed drywall, mitigate water damage and laid plaster in a Victorian home. When it comes to home repair this is my first call."

"We had water seeping into our basement after all of the heavy rains we've had In Denver lately, and wanted to resolve it before installing new flooring. I called several places but they were either booked out months in advance for free estimates or didn't return my call. Larry called me the following morning after I left him a message and he was a wealth of information. He was very professional, and didn't charge a dime for the great advice he provided. He explained that 9.5/10 homes he's seen recently have the same issue with water in their basement (not foundation problems - which is what we thought initially) and there are several things we can do ourselves to prevent it in the future. I'm sure he's had a ton of the same issues come up recently with our record rainfall and it's great he's willing to share his experience/knowledge free of charge. He mainly advised us to make sure our gutters were cleaned all the time, make sure we had 5-6' gutter extensions on every single downspout, ditch our underground gutter (which is just putting more water into the already saturated ground), make sure our landscaping slopes away from the house, and possibly replace our old gutters (4" gutters are typical on older homes - ours was built in 1969, but standard today are 6-7" gutters to help prevent the heavy rain from just rolling out of the gutter falling directly at our foundation, thus leading to more water in the basement). He also provided us a referral for a hydro-caulking professional as we did notice a few cracks in our wall behind the drywall. In the future, I would definitely use RemCon!"

Load-bearing walls support the weight of your home's structure, including floors, roofs, and other building components. Non-load-bearing walls, on the other hand, serve only as partitions or room dividers. All exterior walls are typically load-bearing, even if they have design features like bump-outs or large glass panels. These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.
Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.
Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. You might also consider removing existing walls to create an open-concept layout or building a home addition for extra space. Coordinating multiple projects can be cost-effective and streamline your renovation timeline. Discuss your goals with a contractor to help you plan effectively and maximize the benefits of your renovation.
The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else. Quality framing ensures that studs, electrical wiring, and plumbing are properly integrated into your home's design. A professional installer uses reliable materials like wood or metal to build a framework that meets building codes and ensures your wall is durable and safe.
