"I am blown away by the beautiful job Petar did - he and his assistant Bill removed a large area of plaster from the ceiling and replaced it with drywall, plastered all the multiple cracks and broken plaster on the walls, and sanded everything on the first day. Although we had not arranged for it, Petar insisted on priming and then painting the whole stairwell on day 2; he insisted he would not take any extra money for the extra work he performed........... but I could not agree to that so I told him he could consider the extra payment a Christmas gift!"

The owner, Neil Dylag, showed up for the initial evaluation when he said he would. He provided a timely estimate. We agreed to a start date and estimated completion date. This project started and finished as scheduled with no additional charges or change orders. His solutions to the couple of glitches we had were sound and better than my recommendations.
