"Hank was very friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. He wrote up clear project plan. He started and ended the project on time. It was a difficult plaster repair in a 1920 house with original plaster on concrete ceilings. There was a huge hole from a plumbing repair and another section severely damaged where the roof that had leaked. Hank was careful to assess the regions were completely dry before starting the job and we even called in a second plumber at his advice to fix an additional leak Hank noticed had not been repaired. He completed the entire project alone and we felt quite comfortable giving him the key to our house. The ceilings are now perfectly smooth, a damaged molding was repaired too, and the walls were repaired where needed and repaired as well. He cleaned up most of the dust and was very careful to keep our floors protected. Note we moved the furniture ourselves. Overall I was very happy and I would hire him again."

"Peter did a complete bathroom he did the gut he did the reinstallation he did the sheet rock he did the spackling he did the floor there although the leveling in the grouting he did he did the plumbing he did the electrical he put high hats in the ceiling he put exhaust fan in the ceiling with access to outside he replaced the switches put new switches in electrical outlets are GFIâ s he put in he did a nice border around the top of the tile under the bullnose around the whole entire bathroom would highly recommend the job came out great OK I would highly recommend Peter for all your bathroom and other construction needs thank you."

"The worker was excellent, but he was not able to finish the job in the time promised by the supervisor. The supervisor who promised me came prior to the job and said it would be completed in one day to re-construct the closet and the baseboard covers for the heat. The worker then returned a week later in the late afternoon and was in a hurry to depart. He worked 20 minutes and charged me for a full hour. Overall, he finished the walls for the closet and baseboard covers for the heat nicely. However, the reason he was not able to finish the job on time is because the company overbooked him to do other jobs."
