I've reviewed bids and managed multiple work crews spanning: demolition, framing, roofing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, finishing carpentry, and now concrete. I have easily evaluated more than 50 companies in these areas for the various jobs I have needed. I have worked with more than a dozen different sub-contractors in my tenure as a homeowner. Among all these, I would rate Perea Bros among the highest and best crews I've ever worked with. Here's the thing . . . concrete is not a sexy investment to make in your home. It's not a new kitchen or a remodeled master bath. But it can be pricey nonetheless. If you need major or minor concrete work, save yourself the trouble, time, and research I did to find the right company and just hire Perea Bros. You would think with this review I'm somehow getting kickbacks or something. But I just really appreciated Gerardo, his team, and their work. They helped improve my home at a competitive price with work I can trust for years to come. And they did it all with a smile and on-time. Again, if you choose to hire Perea Bros, you won't be disappointed. You might even wish you had more concrete to repair or replace!"
