They did a nice job of taping off the area to start with which kept the dust outside the kitchen at a minimum. Francisco worked for four days, kept me apprised of his schedule and checked in with me daily to be sure I was happy with the work. He also primed the work they did on the walls which was a huge and welcome surprise. Francisco and his father were friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with and we look forward to hiring them for another project in the future. We are SO happy and greatly appreciative. "We had such a hard time getting a drywall company that wasn't an arm and a leg to drywall our new basement bathroom. When we did hire a contractor, they took over a month to start the job, then showed up for an hour one day and then didn't come back for days. That didn't work out at all. Then we found Juan with Drywall Tech. He came over the same day I called him, measured up and gave me a fair quote. Then he told me the approximate date he could start, which was only a couple of weeks away. When he couldn't make it on the originally scheduled day, he called me and let me know. He never left me hanging and wondering if they would show up. When he did begin the project, he stayed on it every day other than we he had to wait for mud to dry. Wow! We were and are so impressed with his work. He did such a great job! We are so happy with Drywall Tech's work. "OUr 21 yr old kitchen had a sliding glass patio door that we desired to be removed and replaced with a standard entry door and security door. This project was accomplished in early October. The project was completed in two days, with the kitchen entry door fully operational by the time the two workers left for the day. They not only had to remove the old patio doors, tracks, install new framing, but also empty and move a floor to ceiling cabinet blocking the wall space needed to make a seamless connection with the original wall. On the exterior of our home, they also prepared the area to install new plaster siding to again seamlessly connect with the original siding. The following day, the exterior security door was installed and everything was fully completed. During this second day's work, a matching security door at the front entrance of our home, including a covering of sun screening material was also installed. All necessary painting was meticulously performed. We are extremely pleased with the results. Now that the cold temperatures have been visiting us for a while, we definitely notice a coziness in the kitchen without our heat pump having to be on continually to experience comfortable warmth. Whenever I have recently baked (Cornish hens, strawberry muffins, Scottish shortbread cookies, made from scratch yeast breads, and etc) the kitchen remains comfortable into the evening hours. No more taping the patio door gap to keep the cold air from seeping into our home!"

He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."
