"Noble Painting was timely, cost effective, and did a great job. The doors look great. We have six patio doors and two side panels that had damage due to the sun. Noble matched the stain to the color I wanted, taking extra time to go back to the store to get exactly the right color. This delay in color selection took extra time, so they were here for two days instead of the scheduled one day. Even though it took extra time to get the right color, they did not charge extra. They did it to insure I had the result I wanted. Great dealing with Kenny and his team.

"I never thought that I would live through a "popcorn removal" service while living in a fully furnished home, but when I had Kent, the owner of Beehive, out for an estimate, he assured me that it can be done with no mess, and he took the time to explain the process to me, using an illustrated booklet. I decided to proceed and Kent and his crew arrived promptly on day one for a 7 AM start. The home is meticulously covered in plastic (which took 2 and a half hours for my 1200 sq ft home) so that befote the popcorn comes down you cannot see any of your furniture, windows, doors or floors. Then the popcorn ceiling comes down and repairs to any cracks are made before the new ceiling texture is applied. The crew then cleans up and the ceiling is left to dry. Two days later, the crew returns, the plastic is put up again, and the ceiling is sanded, and painted. If I knew that this process could be done with such little mess, I would've had it done years ago! But not all companies have this same technique so don't expect this if you book someone else!

"Good size odd shape poo with spa. Selected the quartz plaster. They replaced the pool tile also. Price seemed competitive with others. Plastering went well. On time as scheduled. Everything about the replastering was straight forward. They had trouble installing the new pool light. Still not hanging properly. They said will come back when water is warmer so person could get in the water for longer time. I agreed and will call them end of May or early summer. I trust they will complete the job as they seemed reliable and did spend several hours on the light already."

"Very professional and neat work. Absolutely no communication problems. Extremely customer proactive."
Load-bearing walls support the weight of your home's structure, including floors, roofs, and other building components. Non-load-bearing walls, on the other hand, serve only as partitions or room dividers. All exterior walls are typically load-bearing, even if they have design features like bump-outs or large glass panels. These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.
Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.
Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. You might also consider removing existing walls to create an open-concept layout or building a home addition for extra space. Coordinating multiple projects can be cost-effective and streamline your renovation timeline. Discuss your goals with a contractor to help you plan effectively and maximize the benefits of your renovation.
The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else. Quality framing ensures that studs, electrical wiring, and plumbing are properly integrated into your home's design. A professional installer uses reliable materials like wood or metal to build a framework that meets building codes and ensures your wall is durable and safe.
