"Professionally replaced wood fascia and covered with white siding in Livingston NJ. Excellent workmanship. Carefully removed and reattached gutter and Verizon cable. Professional and courteous owner and team. Pleasant customer service; call back immediately; owner and workers were pleasant; fair and quick estimate; showed up on time; beautiful workmanship; cleaned up. Extremely honest Owner corrected me when I almost overpaid him. Highly recommend team and I will definitely use again, because I can trust them and count on them. "5 Stars ! I hired Overstate multiple times . Yani was so polite and professional , I needed to replace my plaster ceilling in 4 different rooms . It started in a small project and slowly I decided working with Yani on a new bathroom remodel , framing and other drywall services . I know that overstate does roofing as well , I?ll definitely consider them when I replace my new roof ."

"I met Jeff and milliy 2 years ago from a search online.they painted my kitchen and cabinets and did a wonderful job.hired them this year to paint and plaster rest of house. This was a tough job because it's an old house,solid walls,and a lot of repair work.they again did a beautiful job.the plastering and painting was done so well it looks like there was damage to begin with. I recommend them highly because they are professional,very hardworking and perfectionists.they clean up after they're done and show up when they say they will.i couldn't be happier with their work."

"I had a ceiling fan replaced and several light switches changed throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently, everything was installed correctly, and the area was left clean when the job was finished. The new ceiling fan works perfectly, and all of the switches were replaced without any issues. I appreciated the attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the process.
