"We had such a hard time getting a drywall company that wasn't an arm and a leg to drywall our new basement bathroom. When we did hire a contractor, they took over a month to start the job, then showed up for an hour one day and then didn't come back for days. That didn't work out at all. Then we found Juan with Drywall Tech. He came over the same day I called him, measured up and gave me a fair quote. Then he told me the approximate date he could start, which was only a couple of weeks away. When he couldn't make it on the originally scheduled day, he called me and let me know. He never left me hanging and wondering if they would show up. When he did begin the project, he stayed on it every day other than we he had to wait for mud to dry. Wow! We were and are so impressed with his work. He did such a great job! We are so happy with Drywall Tech's work. If you want truly professional work at a very fair price, we Very Highly recommend Drywall Tech!! Thank you Drywall Tech for such Great service!! We will use you again!!"

"We were very pleased with the contractor and he gave us a couple of options with his quotes. He recommended the 49R value quote which was for 18 of blown in insulation. He told what day he would come and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. We were very pleased with his work."

"Excellent; I'm really happy that a few hours after listing my painting project that Johnathon called and arranged coming to view the house and work the very next day. His total pricing for all the work was very good. After picking the colors I wanted, Johnathon started painting two days later. His men, Jose and Rob, did excellent detail work. Yes, I highly recommend these people."

Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.

Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process.
