"Lance and his team worked really ho*** ** getting our house painted. They take their work seriously. I felt like they worked as a team with us to help get our house painted before putting it on the market to sell. It was a tight schedule and they were totally there for us, even coming in on the weekend. Aside from being such a pleasure to work with, they literally did the best paint job we ever had, with super attention to detail, and I've had other paint jobs. My house looks beautiful and it sold in one day. Lance worked with me to pick colors and gave lots of good advice. Everyone was a pleasure to work with; they were professional and respectful. Highly recommend and thanks Lance and team!!!!!! We'll see you when you paint our new house!"

"These guys did a great job! I had a huge hole punched into 3/4 inch drywall plaster board and and thought that we would never get the same level and a match on the existing texture from years ago. They came in and did a perfect job and matched that repair perfectly and repainted too for a very reasonable price! Now I have many more projects for Drill-Tek! Thanks guys!"

"The team did a wonderful job! I would hire them again in a moment. Marbin was responsive and knew exactly what needed to be done to finish the drywall. His team started quickly after we signed the contract. The walls look wonderful and they were able to do anything I requested to make sure the job was done correctly. Don't hesitate to hire these contractors!"

"Curtis came out on a Sunday to fix my medicine cabinet that had fallen off the wall. He took his time, explained why it had fallen and came up with fixes to try to prevent it from happening again. Fair pricing, pleasant and professional"

"Amazing work on our kitchen backsplash! We have been working with PC & J for over a year on different projects in our home. They are of course highly skilled at drywall and ceiling work and they textured our walls and removed popcorn ceilings a few months ago. This latest job in our kitchen included installing a stack bond tile backsplash, which of course is an unforgiving tile pattern because you can see all the rows and columns aligned. Martin and Claudia took the time to keep everything straight even though our floors, countertops and walls were imperfect. They also installed floating shelves and the hood over the oven. Including support backing before they installed the tile. They are reliable, good hard workers and always produce amazing results. We hope to work with them again."

"We were not sure how to go about getting a stone wall completed, CS Renovations took the time to explain the process and about the different types of coverings we could use. Reasonably priced and super professional. Would highly recommend!"

"Ramone and Mayra were very perisonable. Very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. It was a pleasant experience with no stress for me. Their work was professionally done, they protected the work area and cleaned up afterwards. Based on my experience I would certainly hire them again! Thank you Ramone and Mayra."
Load-bearing walls support the weight of your home's structure, including floors, roofs, and other building components. Non-load-bearing walls, on the other hand, serve only as partitions or room dividers. All exterior walls are typically load-bearing, even if they have design features like bump-outs or large glass panels. These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.
Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.
Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. You might also consider removing existing walls to create an open-concept layout or building a home addition for extra space. Coordinating multiple projects can be cost-effective and streamline your renovation timeline. Discuss your goals with a contractor to help you plan effectively and maximize the benefits of your renovation.
The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else. Quality framing ensures that studs, electrical wiring, and plumbing are properly integrated into your home's design. A professional installer uses reliable materials like wood or metal to build a framework that meets building codes and ensures your wall is durable and safe.
