"I have a 90+ year old Chicago bungalow. Brian came out me out promptly for estimate. After speaking with Brian I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. No mud and tape job here. His worker (Sam) are great to work with. Had extensive work to all my ceilings and walls on 1st floor of house. Fixed all cracks in walls, all 22 of them !! Also fixed an arch way which was cracked all the way down to metal framing. Then had them paint the walls and ceilings. Can highly recommend them for any work. The job turned out fantastic. "Went so so. There was an issue with the installation. The company came back out to fix their mistake. The initial install of the chair rail was too low. So the chairs were still hitting the wall and damaging it. They had to come back out to take it down and reinstall. During the take down of the original installation the contractor ripped the top layer of drywall along the entire length of the chair rails. Which damaged the walls. After this company performed the work I needed to pay another contractor to repair the walls that were damaged during this project. The damaging of the walls was not communicated to me during the rework. It was unexpected. During the rework I also had to go buy additional materials and then return unused additional materials. So this project caused me unexpected time having to spend time explaining the mistake, having to make a couple extra trips to the hardware store for materials for rework. As well as unexpected additional costs to pay a drywall contractor to mud and sand the unexpected tears in the wall. This company said the tears were because there was wallpaper that was covered up. However the drywall repair contractor I hired to fix the damage said that was not the case."

"great work! flexible hours, but got my job done in the expected 3 days and the process was seamless. i needed my plaster ceiling ripped down and replaced with drywall to repair some water damage. he found the source of the water and rerouted the issue to a drain so it wouldn't happen again. he went above and beyond for this job he went and picked up my paint color and cleaned up after himself and even fixed my broken door without me asking and didnt increase the price. Will definitely hire again"
