"I have a 3 feet statue made of recycled parts of a motorcycle that fell down and broke apart. Nathan Schmitz, the owner of Burnt & Stitched Metalworks, responded immediately with an acceptable quote. They arrived on time and looked carefully at the statue that collapsed. They understood how to straighten it, balance it and weld the statue so it will stand straight on a rather narrow base. They work quickly in a very professional way and left the work area clean of every debris. A quality job, well done. I highly recommend this company and its owner Nathan for any metal work you might have."

"The owner and crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. Job was done beautifully and quickly. I will recommend them to anyone interested in fencing!"

"The fence came out great. However, the crew accidentally broke a sprinkler valve and they promised to refund us the cost of the fix. The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."

"Very professional. Was here the next morning installing our pet fence. He trained us on how to is it and reward our boxer when he does good on the new device"

"Mario listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions that saved us some money, then got right to work. Work was finished on time and at the price we agreed to. Took old fencing away. Made sure we were satisfied before he accepted our final payment. Would highly recommend. Very easy to talk to also."

Had a small hiccup, but the owner was honest and had several options to help us, most company s try to hide or lie, but not Christian. Ended up waiting 1 extra day and we are glad we did. Beautiful finish, modern and sexy. Yes I said sexy! If you need modern black railing, you must hire them. As a customer I give them a 10 STARS.
