"I called around and got a few quotes on installing an underground fence for our dogs (boxer and doberman) and Shaine with Middle TN Pet Fence was the best choice by a long shot! First of all, their pricing was much better than the other quotes I received. Then he was very easy to communicate with and get the quote. He arrived on time and although I was not there at the time of the installation, my husband was, and he said that Shaine did a great job. He installed the fence quickly, and he also showed my husband how to train the dogs to understand how the fence worked, and he trained with them as well. I will be honest, I was very skeptical at first spending that much money on an underground fence, because our Doberman is very stubborn and I was afraid that it would not hold him in, but within a week I was able to open the door and let both of our dogs run free while I stayed inside and not have to worry about them leaving the yard. Honestly, the fence has been a life changer for us. Before we were having to put our dogs on a leash and our doberman gets excited and would pee in the floor just a little when we would try to get the leash on him, and I would have to stand in the cold or the rain while they used the bathroom. Not to mention our doberman is about 100 pounds of pure muscle so he basically weighs almost as much as me and was very strong and our boxer is only about 40 pounds but she is also pure muscle and strong for her size. So now my whole routine has changed for the better, the underground fence was worth every single penny we spent and I honestly couldn't thank Shaine enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about getting an underground fence because it works, even on stubborn dogs like our doberman."

"Keefer and Cody have gone above and beyond what we expected and hoped for. Day one started with us hiring them for fencing, an hour in and we were adding to their list quickly just because how much we trusted and liked them and their work. Fencing, painting, flooring, even a wall install, we have had them do a little of everything. They will for sure be our go to for anything and everything home related. Next up will be our deck. They price fairly, work hard, care about their customers and are someone I feel confident recommending. Even my sister ended up hiring them."

"The new fence is beautiful. It took a while for the materials to come in but the fence was installed in an afternoon."
Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
