"New View Fence Company was awesome to work with. Matt and David were communicative, timely and trustworthy. They completed my job on time and kept my property clean and tidy, picking up all debris and construction leftovers daily. They made sure we were always “on the same page” and always call if there was a timing or weather issue. Also I might add that this was no small job New View Fence Co. installed 1/2 mile of wood fencing for us. I would highly recommend New View Fence Company!"

"I am completely satisfied with the work. It was 100% what I expected it to be. I recently moved to this area from out of state and was a little apprehensive about the quality and value I would receive, but after accepting their bid for the decks and handicap ramps I was promised that they would build ramps and decks that I would be proud of. The work was started in a timely manner and carried through to completion very quickly, and I must say that I am very proud of my new decks and ramps. All of the workers were friendly and courteous. The price was very fair. It was overall a pleasure to do business with Nonstop Professional Services and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing deck work. Larry Parks"

"I needed someone to powerwash and stain my 3000 sq. ft. of stockade fencing. I couldn't find anyone in the area to do it, and finally found Paul's Bucket Truck. He gave me a more than fair price and he and his men did an excellent job. I asked him to haul away debris that I had cleaned out of the easement behind my house as well as old fence boards that I had replaced before he did the fence staining. He took care of all of that as well for a little extra $$. I was very pleased with his service and the work of his men. I would recommend them and use his services again for other jobs that I can't handle myself. Ed"

FAQs for fencing service projects in Colorado City, CO

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
