"Dog Guard was really easy to work with, they were super responsive and we couldnâ t recommend them enough! Cliff came and installed our fence. He was extremely patient with our four dogs, and he was overall a great guy to work with. Our dogs have been doing great on the fence and we couldnâ t be happier with making the decision to get the fence installed"

"This review is to compliment Bespoke Fence, a Beverly neighborhood business, on the excellent job done. The project started with Jack Pappas coming out and discussing our options and providing an estimate and project time line. Jack was very knowledgeable and personable. Due to the Coronavirus, there were some communication issues and unexpected delays. Fortunately, our liaison, Jim Butler, was instrumental in keeping us well informed on delivery and installation. A team, led by Lupe, the Foreman on the job, came out to our home to install the new fencing. Lupe and his team were prompt, courteous and represented Bespoke Fence in a very favorable light. Lupe went over the project with us, successfully answering all our questions. When Bespoke left for the day, the job site had been thoroughly cleaned of all construction debris. Perfect workmanship! Looks beautiful and received numerous compliments from our neighbors. Thank you for all your hard work! Support your local businesses and they will take care of you!"

"This company was not honest with me when they came out to do an estimate. They showed us a board that would supposedly match the ones we had damaged but we later found out that they would have been too thin. We also felt rushed in the decision making process, as the man kept insisting that we had to get it done right away. When he quoted the price, he asked us if we were claiming it on of our insurance and what deductible we had and we mistakenly told him five hundred dollars, the estimate he gave us was eleven hundred dollars, obviously the price plus the deductible. We decided these men wouldn t be the right people to do our job and we were really glad we made this decision because the people we did have complete the work only charged us six hundred and eighty five dollars total."

"Absolutely recommend Jusherma. The metal handle of my antique drawer broke off. Other companies would not take the small project on, or offered but required me to bring in my dresser drawer -- very inconvenient. Pablo Castro -- who was absolutely great -- arrived at the designated time, took the handle, repaired it, and brought it back the very next day at the appointed time. I am so very happy I went with Jusherma and Pablo Castro!!!"
Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
