"The workmanship- -the work to do the job- -was very good, even excellent. I had to make follow-up calls to get to the finish I wanted. But I think that happens when the actual work is done by a sub-contractor, not the man I made the job contract with. I did not know initially that the man I contracted with to do the work actually contracted with others . The contractor did not come to see the work in progress."
