"We have used the services of TNT Maintenance for construction projects on two different occasions and have been very happy both times. The first time we needed someone for work related to an interior drain and sump pump that we were having installed. Owner, Chris did a great job on that, so when it was time for us to get our house ready to be a vacation rental, we asked him to do the project. He did a beautiful update, and remodel which included making the basement into a living space. When we started all we had there was a bedroom. Now we also have a beautiful TV/family room with a kitchenette aa well as a bathroom occupying our lower level! Chris has been in the construction business for close to 20 years (eight years in Brookings). He has a great team working with him, that includes an awesome electrician and an amazing project manager. Even after the job was done, when we found out that we had to make a quick change in the kitchenette, Chris was there, the very next day, to start the work! Besides being a nice guy, who is courteous and professional, and easy to work with, Chris is a contractor who stands behind his work, and we would highly recommend him!"

"I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! They stayed busy over the next couple of days and completed the work on time and the quality was excellent. I intend to call them again soon when the rest of my remodel is needed. I recommend Pacific Builders."
