When brought to Alex’s attention, he immediately assured us he would install new wooden support & attach the mailbox. Each day the neighbor’s project continued, Alex kept us updated when concrete was to be poured & when our new post would be set. Today was that day & his crew did a great job! … AND every interaction was friendly & polite - including my asking for a few specific adjustments.
