Alex build a roof top deck for me on the pvc membrane roof over 3 stories home. We plunged into this project without a clear design, but a vision. Lalo has been very nice and prompt. We originally hired him to assemble our daughter's playset. Then he was able to hardwire lights to it, add an exterior light switch, assemble our gazebo, hard wire a fan and outlet in the gazebo and hang out cabinets in my garage. What can he not do? It's been a wonderful experience. It feels good to work with such a kind, efficient and reliable person. We will definitely use him again in the future. :)

After months of trying to secure an honest, reliable, reasonable, and professional fencing contractor, we are thankful we came across One Stop Fencing. We reached out to the owner, Ed and asked about his availability. To our surprise, he was available. Our project included a 6’ horizontal cedar fence with black powdered posts, 2 gates, a small wrought iron fence and two bollards behind the garage.
When he arrived at our house, we told him the look and feel we wanted in our fence. He consulted on the different types of wood, the supplies needed and provided an estimate on-site. It was extremely helpful that he had great pictures of his past and current work displayed online, which we leveraged to help make our vision come to life. He understood exactly what we wanted and was able to start the project in a few weeks. We had rainy weather leading up to the installation date. We weren’t too concerned about the delays because he and his staff were great with communication.
When we were finally able to get started, he and his crew showed up promptly and started working. During the installation, a few of my neighbors showed up and was impressed by his work. They took his information down and said they wanted a custom fence built like ours. Even a few days later, other neighbors have stopped by, complimented our fence and asked for Ed’s number. We wouldn’t be surprised if we see more of his work popping up in our neighborhood. If you want a custom fence, he is your guy! You won’t be disappointed!

Dave's work was excellent and he was very dependable and professional. All 8 posts on the exterior wrought iron railings of our front stoop were badly rusted. Dave did a beautiful job of removing both railings from the steps, cutting out the rusted posts, welding in new posts, and re-cementing the fixed railings back into the concrete steps. The railings look perfect. The price was very reasonable.

Sean from SR Craig Welding and Fabrication was very professional. He quoted us $1,550 to repair our porch railing where several posts had rusted out and replaced them with sold core posts, repaired and repainted the entire railing and reinstalled it within a week. It is a beautiful job and looks brand new. We are so pleased with his work. We highly recommend him and his company.
