He walked me step by step of what he proposed and what he could provide in his bid. He provided a bid that included pictures of his walk thru of the rusted out fence from one end to another. He provided me a preliminary bid for my inspection and returned to my home to walk me through the process. Then he spray painted the areas that were to be replaced. Then he provided me the final contract that I gladly signed. He scheduled the work and completed the entire job as he contracted for in that time frame.
