"Deke and his team were both quick and professional installing base layer and new sod to my front and back yard. The process was quick especially compared to other local landscapers and the cost was great. I highly recommend Iron Mountain. Will definitely be calling them again."

"Dustin immediately followed up with my initial request with an email, then a phone call. He answered all of my questions and provided information that was useful and helpful. His project quote was very reasonable, he returned phone calls and would follow up when he said he would. BMG did quality work and was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of this project. I had three additional companies that I contacted for quotes: one didn't bother calling back, and one didn't even ask any questions about our project. They threw out a figure that was nearly TRIPLE of what BMG quoted. When I asked them, "why their price estimate was so incredibly high," the rep stated, "that's just what it is!" BMG will have my fence and deck projects in the future!"

"Very professional and hard working. Drew constructed a beautiful pasture fence, two horse corrals and a shelter for the horses exactly as I requested. Heâ s very honest and fair with pricing. I got a lot done for my money! I highly recommend Pawnee Fence Company to everyone. All of my neighbors came over and complimented the work and plan to hire them as well."

"Highly recommend. The quality of the fence is well worth the price. One of the fence projects is practically complete. We are waiting on the Wyoming weather to improve a bit. I added other request to the fence once we started and this company has agreed to all request. Great work."

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
